Mr. Glen Moss is pleased to announce that Hudson Machine Works has been credited with being a successful partner with the New York MTA Capital Program. Hudson Machine Works was involved with multiple projects for the MTA, including floor heating for R160 subway cars, overhaul of R142 subway cars, and the commissioning and warranty work on M7 rail cars.
The five-year Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Capital Program not only delivers new buses, new trains, upgraded stations and equipment – it helps build the State of New York. In face, these past five years, the capital plan generated over $14 billion in new business, created 325,000 jobs, and helped grow the New York State economy by $41 billion. As a prime contractor and a subcontractor, Hudson Machine played a significant role in the success of the MTA’s recent Capital Program.
