7/9/2013 HMW uses its waterjet technology to cut custom panels for Chad Smith. The project needed very precise cutting of custom panels for display. We want to thank Chad for his trust in our company to work on this project with him.

Hudson Machine Works turned Tom’s Dream into reality by fabricating the stainless steel sculpture and installing it in a water fountain outside the West Hempstead Public Library.
The 2002 Utah Winter Olympics used a large, transforming steel curtain that was installed in front of the stage at the Olympic Medals Plaza. It signaled the start of the each evening’s medal ceremony with a magical, artistically engineered performance. Music, lighting, and dancers combined with the retractable curtain to provide a dramatic experience witnessed by an estimated 3.5 billion people worldwide. When open, it revealed the Olympic flame.
